Welcome to Facials and Fillers Aesthetics Center

My name is William J. Hall, MD, and I am board-certified in Facial Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine. I have been practicing medicine in eastern NC since 1982. Facials and Fillers was conceived to provide surgical and nonsurgical treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, chemical peels and lasers for almost any skin problem. From acne scars to wrinkles, I have chosen the most effective means to correct your skin problem.

Surgical procedures of the face include, but are not limited to, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasties, face and browlifts and submental liposuction performed in our new state-of-the-art facility. Pre-operative consults can be done anytime.

Our goal is to provide professional surgical cosmetic and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments for many skin conditions. We strive to provide timely, quality serivces in a calm and relaxing environment. Appointments are not necessary, but can be arranged for your convenience.

Our priority is to keep our patients comfortable, with little to no pain during procedures. Our medical grade skin products have been carefully chosen to give safe, effective results.
